Exciting News: My Photography Featured in Accidentally Wes Anderson: Adventures

I’m thrilled to announce that one of my photos will be featured in the upcoming book Accidentally Wes Anderson: Adventures! This new book, set to be released on October 22, 2024, takes readers on a global journey, uncovering some of the most whimsical and visually stunning locations that look straight out of a Wes Anderson film.

For those of you who love visual storytelling, travel photography, and the charming aesthetic that Wes Anderson is known for, this book is a must-read.

A Global Adventure Inspired by Wes Anderson

Accidentally Wes Anderson: Adventures is the brainchild of Wally and Amanda Koval, who launched the popular Instagram account @AccidentallyWesAnderson back in 2017. Since then, it has grown into a global community of nearly two million followers. Their new book explores over 200 stunning locations across every continent—each carefully selected from more than 50,000 community submissions.

Inside, you’ll find everything from a bridge that leads to nowhere in Wisconsin to a hidden post office at the edge of the world. It’s an eclectic mix of locations that captures the same symmetrical, pastel-coloured world that makes Anderson’s films so iconic.

You can find more details about the book here.

My Contribution: Stockholm’s Hidden Gem

As a big Wes Anderson fan and long-time follower of Accidentally Wes Anderson on Instagram, I’m beyond excited to have one of my own photos included in this collection. The featured photo is of Quarnen Tre Kronor, a captivating architectural gem in Stockholm.

Interestingly, I submitted this photo after attending the Accidentally Wes Anderson Exhibition in Kensington, London, where I was deeply inspired by the work on display. I am beyond honoured to see it included in this book alongside many other beautiful images from around the world.

Visual Storytelling & Wes Anderson Aesthetic

Whether you're an avid traveller, a lover of architectural details, or someone who simply appreciates a good story told through images, this book offers endless inspiration. Each page is filled with both everyday adventures and far-flung destinations that look like they belong in a film set.
